Sour Cream and Onion Tortilla Española

6 eggs
100 grams Sour Cream & Onion Pringles Chips
¼ tsp (3 grams) salt
½ tsp (1 gram) Burlap & Barrell x Sohla & Ham Nothing Hidden Ranch Seasoning
1 tbsp (20 grams) Lindera Farms Ramp & Green Chile Hot Sauce
8 tbsp (110 grams) melted butter

 

  1. Set oven to broil.
  2. Blend all ingredients together except the butter.
  3. Slowly pour the melted butter into the mixture while it’s blending.
  4. Pour batter into a well-greased, non-stick, oven-safe pan.
  5. Allow to cook on high heat until batter slightly pulls from sides of pan.
  6. Transfer to oven under the broiler the finish cooking.
  7. Remove and allow to cool to room temperature before cutting and serving.
