Fruit Salad with Golden Elixir Vinegar

assorted fresh fruit, such as apples, bananas, kiwis, and grapes
Golden Elixir Vinegar
chili flakes
flaky salt

1. Cut fruit into bite-sized pieces and combine in a large bowl. Add Golden Elixir Vinegar to taste; it should be sharp and tart. Transfer to bowls.
2. Sprinkle lightly with chili flakes and flaky salt. Serve right away.
