This Savory BBQ sauce is made with Ramps, Green Chiles, Locally Grown Mustard Seeds, Wild Garlic, J.Q Dickinson Mined Salt, & our Lindera Ramp and Turmeric vinegars. It also has Honey from Golden Angels Apiary. This BBQ sauce definitely has some heat but also a touch of sweetness from the honey.
"Carolina Green" would be a good finishing sauce for grilled swordfish, grilled chicken for on top of a Southwestern inspired salad, or grilled chicken & vegetable skewers.
