Brewed from Organic Black Soy Beans, and heirloom grains, this soy sauce has incredible depth that you'll get in every bite of wherever you use it. The sauce itself has immense amounts of Umami, combined with the smokey, charred flavors of the applewood it's aged on, it's almost reminiscent of BBQ in and of itself!
