Barbeque Vinegar


Flavor Profile: High acidity, no sweetness, savory! 
Tasting Notes: Smokey and Savory, this is in fact a hybrid of a soy sauce and a vinegar. With zesty notes from heirloom pepper vinegar, caramel-y flavors from the wild mushroom vinegar, and a ton of umami from the soy beans; it tastes like BBQ!
Kitchen Pairings: Excellent with red meat, but great as a marinade anywhere, as the base for a vinaigrette, does well with fatty fish like salmon. Works great with grilled veggies like asparagus or beets as well. 
Bar Pairings: Bloody Mary—trust us on this one.
