Earthy, Rich, and Mushroomy! This is a soy sauce that in a lot of ways comes through like a traditional soy sauce; savory and intense with some dark, coffee like notes, with the unmistakable, umami-laden notes of the black trumpet mushrooms, morels, chanterelles, and other wild mushrooms that are brewed along with Organic Black Soy beans and Heirloom Grains grown along the eastern shore of Maryland. This is an excellent substitute for more traditional soy sauces, and works wonderfully in stir fries, as part of a vinaigrette, with grains, and more!
