This morel mushroom soy sauce is made by our friends at Arcadia Venture, featuring their own foraged morel mushrooms. High quality, traditionally brewed soy sauces are a totally different animal from mass-produced supermarket stuff. Expect layered flavors of coffee, chocolate, and toasted nuts in this sauce, along with a buttery mushroom richness. It makes stir fries come alive and adds incredible depth to marinades, or any dish as a delivery vehicle for salt and umami.
