In collaboration with Jon Kung, meet Osmanthus Drinking Vinegar: a creamy and floral ferment for stirring into sparkling water, mixing into cocktails, and drizzling as a finishing ingredient in the kitchen. Osmanthus flowers are used all over China to enrich teas, preserves, liquor, cakes, and all kinds of sweets. We’ve brewed them into a sweet and delicate naturally fermented vinegar for a one-of-a-kind ferment with just as many uses.
