Mix with a juicy red wine or sparkler like Cava for instant sangria, no chopped fruit required. Or stir into sparkling water for a non-alcoholic tinto de verano. This versatile mixer is always up for a party.
Our probiotic ferment is made with:
Native American grapes
Heirloom apples
Bitter lemons
Fresh lemongrass
Hibiscus
Quince
Honey
Foraged magnolias, juniper, and spicebush
Bay leaf, cinnamon, black lime, black peppercorns, and orange oil
The resulting brew has the same body and complex spiced flavor of an authentic Sangría. José Andrés was Lindera Farms' first customer 10 years ago, and we're honored to work with him on this project to capture the flavor of his Spanish roots and his personal sense of whimsy.
For mixing, combine 1 part Sangría Drinking Vinegar with 3-4 parts Cava or Spanish red wine. Make a refreshing non-alcoholic Sangría soda by combining 1 part Sangría Vinegar with 3 to 4 parts seltzer.
