Heirloom Pepper Vinegar

Flavor Profile: Medium acidity, low sweetness, savory.
Tasting Notes: Very aromatic; fruity and pepper driven. Think habanero but without the accompanying heat. A savory, popcorn finish too.
Kitchen Pairings: Any vegetable, green, pepper, fish or poultry will pair well with this. Anywhere you might use a mild hot sauce for its’ flavor profile, try this instead.
Bar Pairings: Go savory; think Bloody Mary’s, Michelada’s, Gibsons, Martinis, etc.
