Made by fermenting local garlic from La Falda farms until it becomes black, sweet, and savory, then blending it with our house-brewed vinegar, this bottle delivers pure umami. It’s rich, earthy, and deeply complex with notes of balsamic, soy sauce, and molasses all in one. Use it anywhere you’d use Worcestershire or balsamic: in dressings, marinades, pan sauces, or drizzled over roasted vegetables. It’s our go-to for adding instant depth to anything on the stove.
