Bar Pairings: This has "Tiki" written all over it. Wonderful with rum, vodka, and actually does well with "sweeter" gins (think Plymouth). This is also a natural fit for non-alcoholic beverages, giving a ton of depth and bright acidity, with a touch of sweetness.
