About: A syrup made from our aged Paw Paw vinegar, organic cane sugar, wildflower honey and fresh Paw Paw.

Tasting Notes: Medium acidity and very sweet; notes of caramel, mango, banana, passion fruit, and butterscotch.  

Pairings:  This is a great addition to a cocktail, or base for non alcoholic drinks; perfect to just mix with sparkling water for a sophisticated alternative to conventional sodas. It's also fantastic for fruit based desserts, or lighter pastries.

Paw Paw Syrup was fantastic!

I had never heard of this fruit before, but needed to use it for a cocktail themed after Kansas City. I opened the bottle and was surprised by the vinegar smell, but when I tasted the paw paw it was incredible. A creamy, almost custard like consistency with a beautiful and bright tropical flavor. Would definitely order again. Amazing craftsmanship. Thank you for making this, Lindera Farms

Tasty lil concoction

This is different than anything I've ever tasted. Can't describe the flavors, but man this stuff is delicious! Now I want a Paw Paw tree. Will definitely be ordering again.
