Flavor Profile: Medium acidity, little sweetness
Tasting Notes: Minty! Overpoweringly minty with a nice acidity and little herbaceous notes of shiso, honey, lime, and basil.
Kitchen Pairings: Light salad greens, summer vegetables (cucumber, bell peppers), summer melons (watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew), berries or other summer/dessert fruits, and great in lemonades and sweeter beverages.
Bar Pairings: Use anywhere you would use mint and lime; great for all sorts of spirits.
