Montmorency Cherry Vinaigrette

3 tbsp Montmorency Cherry Balsamic
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
dash of cinnamon

1. Combine balsamic, pepper, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
2. Slowly pour in olive oil while continuously stirring until the vinaigrette is emulsified.
