Shenandoah Cola Syrup

4 tbsp Shenandoah Cola Vinegar
pinch of salt

1. In a pan, reduce the vinegar by half.
2. Remove from heat and add a pinch of salt (or to taste.)
3. That's it! Drizzle over ice cream, stir into a cocktail, or just lick the spoon if you're having that kind of day.

Makes 2 tbsp of syrup, adjust starting volume for more.
