Violet Belini

1 oz Lindera Farms Violet Vinegar
1 oz Winter & Rothman Creme De Violette
10 oz dry sparkling white wine or rosé

 

  1. Mix the Violet vinegar and Creme De Violette, place in a bottle and chill.
  2. When ready to serve, pour 1/2 oz of the mixture into a champagne flute and top with the 2.5 oz dry sparkling white wine.

Serves 4. Or 1, depending on how your day went.
