Flavor Profile: low-medium acidity, slightly sweet
Tasting Notes: Delicate but driven by an elegant pine flavor. There's a small amount of residual sugar, and the acidity is quite mild, allowing for the more floral elements to really shine. "Tastes like Christmas"
Kitchen Pairings: This is best thought of as a more interesting relative of rosemary, so to that end anywhere you could see the flavor of rosemary doing well, our Pine Flower vinegar is a good choice. That may be in marinades, with grilled vegetables like summer squash, or stone fruits like peaches. It's a unique but wide ranging vinegar.
Bar Pairings: This is a natural pairing to gin; playing off the juniper extremely well. This is also light enough however to do well in vodka, and is especially fun in non alcoholic beverages where it gives a unique, christmasy vibe.
