Black Garlic Aioli

1 tbsp dried black garlic powder
4 tbsp
Lindera Farms French Onion Vinegar1 tsp
Burlap & Barrel Sun-Dried Tomato Powder2 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup canola or grapeseed oil
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Mix the dried black garlic powder, tomato powder, and French onion vinegar in a small bowl and allow to hydrate for at least 1 hour.
- Add to a blender along with the salt and egg, and blend thoroughly.
- While blending, slowly incorporate the oil until emulsified, the mixture should have a mayonnaise consistency.
