French Onion & Za’atar Vinaigrette

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
- Mix the vinegar, mustard, herbs, salt, and pepper and allow to macerate for about 5 minutes.
- Once the herbs have hydrated, slowly whisk in the olive oil.
- Transfer to a jar or bottle, and shake before dressing.
