Golden Elixir Mango Float

Lime wedge
Tajín
1 ½ ounces Golden Elixir Vinegar
1 ½ ounces mezcal (optional!)
8 ounces seltzer
1 scoop mango sorbet

1. Rub a lime wedge along the rim of a 12- to 16-ounce glass and sprinkle with Tajín.
2. Add the vinegar, mezcal (if using), and seltzer to the glass. 
3. Top with a scoop of sorbet, garnish with the lime, and serve right away.
