Mushroom Butter Noodles

shiitake mushrooms
spaghetti noodles
3 tbsp Mushroom Ketchup
3 tbsp butter
1 cup reserved pasta water
salt to taste
thyme
chives
parsley
- Cook spaghetti to al dente and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- Sear shiitake mushrooms in a pan and remove from heat once cooked.
- Deglaze pan with reserved pasta water, then add Mushroom Ketchup, butter, and salt.
- Reduce mixture by about half before adding pasta, mushrooms, and herbs.
