Mushroom Butter Noodles

shiitake mushrooms
spaghetti noodles
3 tbsp Mushroom Ketchup
3 tbsp butter
1 cup reserved pasta water
salt to taste
thyme
chives
parsley

  1. Cook spaghetti to al dente and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. Sear shiitake mushrooms in a pan and remove from heat once cooked.
  3. Deglaze pan with reserved pasta water, then add Mushroom Ketchup, butter, and salt.
  4. Reduce mixture by about half before adding pasta, mushrooms, and herbs.
