10.5 oz feta cheese (300 grams) 1 small red bell pepper roasted 1/3 cup Greek yogurt 3 tbsp Green Chile & Ramp Hot Sauce 1/2 mild chili pepper, optionally roasted 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 garlic clove, minced
Crumble the feta.
Blend the roasted red bell pepper, chili pepper (without the seeds), minced garlic, hot sauce, and yogurt using a blender, food processor, or immersion blender.
Combine the pepper-yogurt mixture with the olive oil and mix with a spatula.
Add in the feta cheese, breaking it down with the spatula.
