Ramp & Feta Spread

10.5 oz feta cheese (300 grams)
1 small red bell pepper roasted
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
3 tbsp Green Chile & Ramp Hot Sauce
1/2 mild chili pepper, optionally roasted
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
- Crumble the feta.
- Blend the roasted red bell pepper, chili pepper (without the seeds), minced garlic, hot sauce, and yogurt using a blender, food processor, or immersion blender.
- Combine the pepper-yogurt mixture with the olive oil and mix with a spatula.
- Add in the feta cheese, breaking it down with the spatula.
- Serve with warm pita bread and fresh veggies.
