Strawberry Drink

100ml Lindera Farms Strawberry Vinegar
100g sugar
200g strawberries, sliced thin
1L water, still or sparkling

1. Mix the vinegar, sugar, and sliced strawberries in a bowl.
2. Cover bowl and allow to sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours, stirring gently each hour to ensure the berries are evenly exposed.
3. Once finished, there should be little sugar remaining.
4. Reserve the mixture, and when ready to serve mix with water. If mixed with sparkling water, serve immediately after mixing.
