Truffle Pasta Salad

Vinaigrette

3 tbsp Lindera Farms Truffle Vinegar
½ tbsp honey
1 tsp truffle oil (optional)
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1. Mix salt, vinegar, and honey in a bowl until dissolved
2. Whisk in olive oil and truffle oil

Pasta

pasta of choice
enoki mushrooms
chives
1 shallot, thinly sliced
black truffle (optional)
white button mushroom, thinly sliced

1. Cook pasta to al dente
2. Caramelize shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and shallots in a pan
3. Add mushrooms and shallots to pasta and toss with vinaigrette and chives
4. Optionally top with white button mushrooms and truffles
